  • When your car breaks down, your battery dies out, you have a flat tyre, you run out of fuel or you’re locked out, Drivify’s Roadside Assistance makes it simple and easy for you to get back on the road and on your way. Our 24 hours nationwide service network provides emergency support in case of breakdowns, accidents & other unforeseen events on the spot & on the phone to subscribed customers in response to their call or push of a button in the Drivify app.

  • Our 24 hours nationwide service network provides towing support, jump start, fuel delivery, flat tyre change, services of qualified locksmiths & automobile technicians on the spot to subscribed customers. Premium members are offered additional services available under the Premium plan like hotel accommodation or alternate travel arrangements or replacement vehicle or repatriation of the vehicle in cases when the time required for mobilizing the car is over 72 hours.   • Commercials vehicles cannot be covered under the Drivify Roadside Assistance subscription. The subscription package is only valid for private plated vehicles.

  • All private plated vehicles under 7 yrs from the date of registration can be covered under the roadside assistance plan. For vehicles older than 7 yrs, the subscription rates may be slightly higher and can be requested for by calling the Drivify Roadside Assistance Customer Care Number.

  • If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, it will be towed to the nearest authorized service centre in our partner service network.

  • Your subscription is activated automatically between the 1-4 days from the date of purchase and is valid for 365 days (in case of 1 year subscription) from the date of purchase. This is subject to us having received all your personal and vehicle details that are mandatory for your subscription. If the details are not updated immediately upon purchase of the subscription, the coverage will be activated within 1-4 days from the date of submission of complete subscription related information and will be valid for 365 days (in case of 1 year subscription) from the date of purchase. We urge customers to update their complete information so that it can be activated at the earliest so that you enjoy maximum validity period.

  • In case of delivery of fuel which is limited to petrol or diesel, customers are required to bear the cost of the fuel only. In case of breakdown repair, the cost of the consumables & spares would need to be borne by the customer.

  • The Roadside Assistance Subscription is issued against a car. If you have 2 or more vehicles which you wish to cover, you can purchase additional subscriptions for each car to be covered.

  • In the event that on-site repairs are not possible, and the Covered Vehicle is towed to nearest approved workshop, Drivify shall provide local taxi to the customer for up to 50 kms. This service for local taxi benefit shall be applicable for cases where the breakdown has happened 100 kms beyond the registered address of the customer as per data available in Drivify records. This service can be requested over phone with our service center. Please check program benefits to see if your subscription pack covers this benefit before requesting for this service.

  • In case if the breakdown takes place far away from place of residence and repair of the Covered Vehicle requires a longer time, Drivify shall arrange for hotel accommodation (up to 3 Star or lower as may be available) for the duration of 1 night. This service can be requested over phone with our service center. Please check program benefits to see if your subscription pack covers this benefit before requesting for this service.

  • Subscribers of the Basic Plan based on the tenure of the plan viz. 1Yr, 2Yrs, 3 Yrs will be able to request assistance 4, 8 & 12 times respectively during their subscription validity period. Subscribers of the Premium Plan based on the tenure of the plan viz. 1Yr, 2Yrs, 3 Yrs will be able to request assistance 6, 12 & 18 times respectively during their subscription validity period.

  • Telephonic assistance to callers is almost realtime. For onsite repair requests, our endeavour is to offer support within 60 minutes. Local factors like climate conditions, location accessibility, peak hour traffic conditions may at times cause a delay.

  • As per terms of the program, the car would need to be taken to the closest Drivify Roadside Assistance authorised service station. However; if the customer wishes the car to be towed to another place, the cost difference for towing the car to the customer preferred location would have to be borne by the customer.

  • Our endeavour is always to support the covered vehicle promptly as per the terms of the program. However; in certain adverse weather conditions such as floods, thunderstorms, heavy rains, and other factors such as traffic congestion, political movements, civil unrest, protests etc. our ability to provide assistance may get seriously affected. However, it shall always be our priority to support the covered vehicle by all feasible means.

  • Onsite repair is usually attempted for the following instances of breakdown.

    • ghgBattery Issues - Battery Jump Start
    • Flat Tyre, Tyre Nut Replacement, Puncture Repairing
    • Brakes - Releasing Rear Brakes
    • Locking/Security - Keys Locked Inside, Steering Unlocking
    • Fuel - Wrong Fueling, No Fuel.
  • Covered vehicle may require towing when the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot and needs to be towed. This may happen because of Accidents or

    • Tyre - 2 or more tyre flat or burst, Tyre Nut Failure, Axle Issue
    • Brakes - Brake Failure
    • Locking/Security - Keys Lost, Security Light Immobilizer Indication, Sensor Failure
    • Fuel - Wrong Fueling, Fuel Leakage, Low Engine Oil, Steering Oil Leakage Radiator Leakage,Fuel Pump Issue, Low Engine Oil Pressure
    • Electrical - Wiring Loom, Fuse Burnt
    • Cooling - Over Heating, Coolant Leakage, Water Logging
    • Other - Clutch Failure, Check Engine Indication, Malfunction Indication, Gear Issue, Steering Hard, Engine Mounting Issue, Alternator Failure, Suspension Issue, Suspension Breakage Issue, Fan Belt Broken, Radiator fan not working, Turbo Failure, Silencer Issue, Engine Vibration, Relay Failure, Bonnet Lever Failure, Abnormal Sound
  • Extraction services that may require a crane or specialised equipment are not covered under the Roadside Assistance Plans. Drivify Roadside Assistance team can facilitate a response unit on a best effort basis but charges for the services of the operator would have to be borne by the customer and paid directly to the service provider.

  • Drivify Roadside Assistance customers with a valid and active subscription can be assured of assistance of all times. We may however, deny assistance if it is found at any stage that false information has been furnished by a Customer to enrol in the Drivify Roadside Assistance program or in case the program is misused or abused.
